Wish for a child

This course will teach you how to use fertility awareness to increase the likelihood of getting pregnant.

This fertility training lasts two months and includes three sessions of 1,5 - 2 hours each (total 5 hours). Every session will be a mix of valuable background information and analysis of your data. You can also get support for analysing one more chart if you wish.

Ideally, the parents-to-be attend this training together.

THIS SERVICE IS FOR YOU:

If you are beginning your journey of consiously trying for a baby.
If you want to learn to recognize when you are fertile.
If you want to deepen your prior knowledge about fertility.
If you want to optimize your timing and achieve a pregnancy. Especially if due to your work-/living-/relationship situation the possibilities of actively trying for a baby are limited.

THIS SERVICE IS NOT FOR YOU:

If you have some known type of menstrual problem or fertility challenge and are already seeking medical treatment.
If you want to practice fertility awareness for contraception.

Please note that this training cannot guarantee you a successful pregnancy. It can only increase the likelihood of it. Read more here about the odds of pregnancies.
