Sensiplan course

This course will teach you how to use Sensiplan for cycle monitoring and contraception.

The training lasts three months and includes four sessions. Each meeting lasts about 1,5 hours (6 hours in total). Every session will be a mix of theory, exercises, and analysis of your data. You can also get support for analysing the two following charts if you wish.

Your effort: While you are learning Sensiplan and attending the course, you can expect to spend approximately one hour per week on exercises in the book, in addition to 10 minutes daily for recording your observations.

Your benefit: You will benefit from the knowledge all your fertile life, so that you can always make informed choices about your own body.

No prior knowledge is required to learn the Sensiplan method. The only pre-requisite is to stop using any hormonal contraception latest by the start of the training.

Since practicing fertility awareness is the responsibility of everyone in the relationship, it is highly recommended that your partner participates in the course as well. Your partner is welcome to attend at no extra cost.

Sensiplan does not protect from sexually transmitted deseases, please use additionally condoms with changing partners
